Are you looking for a new rental in Phoenix? Or maybe you’re someone who likes to scroll housing listings for fun? Either way, I’m bringing you the highlights of what I’ve seen recently while scrolling Zillow.
Some are more practical, while others may be just for dreaming. But hopefully they’re all at least entertaining to look through.
If you are anti-carpet: This 1,500-square-foot home near Tatum Boulevard and Bell Road has new vinyl flooring—no carpet. It also has a backyard pool with new tiling, finish, and decking. The four-bed, two-bath is listed for $2,650 a month, with weekly pool maintenance included, and allows dogs. It’s available April 1.
If you have a collection to display: This 2,878-square-foot home near Indian School Road and 56th Street has a living room with extensive shelving around a fireplace—perfect for displaying a collection or creating a library. The two-bed, two-bath has a Mediterranean aesthetic and allows cats and dogs. It also has a pool, and it’s listed for $6,000 a month.
If you’re thinking these first two listings are too expensive: I feel you. Here’s a 600-square-foot apartment listed for $995 a month near Camelback Road and Seventh Avenue. It’s got one bedroom and one bathroom, and it allows cats and small dogs.
If you come across any interesting, weird, or surprisingly affordable listings that you think should be featured here, please send them my way at jessicaswarner@couriernewsroom.com!
Listings available as of Feb. 25. I’m not paid to share these listings, but that doesn’t mean I can personally vouch for them. Please do your research before applying and signing a lease!
