Mark Wolfe is an energy economist who serves as Executive Director of the National Energy Assistance Directors Association (NEADA) and as Co-Director of the Center on Energy Policy and Poverty. Mark also serves as an adjunct professor at the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy at George Washington University and a member of the UN Economic Commission Group of Experts for the Committee on Sustainability for Europe.
