Have you ever been to Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co.?

It’s a brewery and restaurant with several locations around the Valley. If you’ve checked it out before, you might have noticed that the establishment is very sustainable in how they brew their beer and source the food for their kitchen—almost all of their ingredients come from local Arizona farms.

The name “Arizona Wilderness” is about to become more than just the name of a brewery. The founder of Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co., Jonathan Buford, just released a book called “Arizona Wilderness: A Celebration of the State’s 90 Most Pristine Places.”

It explores Arizona’s 90 wilderness areas through the eyes of the photographer and author, who calls the book his love letter to the state. It is published by Arizona Highways, a longtime photography and travel journalism magazine.

I can’t wait to get a copy and check out the photographs of some of the most beautiful places on earth (in my opinion).

Arizona has one of the most diverse landscapes in the United States, and I’m so excited to see it and read about it all in one book.
